Myra Goodman cofounded Earthbound Farm in 1984 with her husband, Drew. The company has become the largest grower of organic produce in the country, and has received numerous awards for their sustainability initiatives. Myra's cooking has always been inspired by fresh organic produce, and she is the author of the popular cookbooks "The Earthbound Cook" and "Food to Live By." Myra started Earthbound Farm's farm stand in 1992 and opened its certified organic café in 2003.
Sarah LaCasse has worked as a restaurant chef, private chef, and caterer. She was a collaborator on "The Earthbound Cook" and contributed recipes to "Food to Live By." She is currently the Executive Chef for Earthbound Farm.
